"The 2022 Pouilly-Fuissé Clos Varambon, which comes from vines around the maison planted in 2011 plus pockets of 40-60-year-old vines. It has a delectable bouquet: yellow plum, Mirabelle, light peach and skin aromas that unfold in the glass with admirable delineation. The palate is well balanced with quite cutting acidity on the entry that imparts impressive tension and race.
